The two-level lower residence of a restored 1908 Seattle house: 1,800 square feet with a private entrance, a see-through gas fireplace, a full kitchen and two covered balconies looking toward Portage Bay.
It sits where Capitol Hill meets Montlake and Portage Bay, a residential base outside downtown that works for family visits, University of Washington trips and longer stays.
